Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (representatives of members) provides overall direction and guidance for the operation of the agency. The Board meets 7-12 times per year. The Board of Directors consists of 7 members: 2 appointed from the largest urban municipalities, 2 appointed from the largest rural municipalities and 3 elected at large.
