Brad is originally from small town Saskatchewan in Osler, approximately 20 minutes north of Saskatoon. After graduating from the Regional and Urban Planning CIP accredited bachelors degree program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, Brad received his first planning position with Palliser Regional Municipal Services in Hanna. After almost two years Brad decided to go back to his hometown area when a job offer was extended in 2005. This didn't last long however and Brad and family were back in Hanna in November 2006 where he took on the role of Senior Planner. Since that time Brad has accepted the position of CEO/ Director of Planning in May 2009. Brad has developed a strong interest in thinking regionally with municipal services and strives to provide the best possible services to all of the PRMS member/ shareholders in an effective and ethical manner.

Kari joined Palliser Regional Municipal Services as an Executive Assistant in January 2008. She comes to us with over 16 years combined office administration experience within the banking industry and the municipal sector.  Kari’s responsibilities at Palliser vary from bookkeeping to desktop publishing while providing administrative support and working in cooperation with all staff to deliver quality services to our member municipalities and clients.

Garry started in 1995 filling a contract position for six months, to provide assistance to the Senior Technologist at the time.  The position was extended because of maternity leave of the person in a junior position and later filled the permanent position when they chose not to return after their absence.  In the winter of 2005, after the planner at the time moved on, Garry moved into the position of reviewing subdivisions and providing reports and related duties to both the municipalities and applicants.

Michele started with Palliser Regional Municipal Services as a Planning Assistant in August of 2009. Her background includes experience as a Soil Conservation Technician, Agricultural Fieldsman, and Agriculture Producer.  Currently her position has changed slightly to that of a Planning Technician, becoming more involved with the GIS side of Palliser.

Justin joined Palliser Regional Municipal Services in October 2010.  After graduating from the University of Lethbridge in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Justin started his own GIS Consulting Business performing asset management and infrastructure mapping for Agriculture Canada.  Upon successful completion of the contract, Justin moved to Hanna to take on the role of GIS Coordinator.  Justin has a keen interest in the technological advancements in GIS and has been instrumental in the design and planning of a new web based GIS system for the Palliser Region.
